Elite Card Collector ("ECC", "we") built ECC Card Grading to share show schedules, promotions and store links with collectors. This policy explains exactly what the app collects.
What we collect
- Push notification token. If you turn notifications on, your device sends us an anonymous token issued by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) plus the alert topics you picked. That token is how we deliver alerts to your phone.
- Device platform. Whether the token came from Android or iOS, so we send the message in the right format.
- Card photos you choose to analyze. If you use Grade My Card, the photo you pick is sent over an encrypted connection to our grading service and to Google's Gemini vision model, which reads the card and returns condition notes. The photo is used only to produce that estimate, is not stored on our servers, and is never used for advertising or to train models. The estimate itself stays on your device.
We do not collect your name, email, address, contacts, location or payment details. The app has no accounts and no sign-in.
How we use it
Tokens are used only to send the alerts you opted into: show and event updates, giveaways, and exclusive deals. We never sell or rent this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Tokens are stored on our secured backend and are readable only by ECC staff tooling. Delivery is handled by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which processes the token to route the message to your device.
Your choices
Turn alerts off at any time in the app under Notifications, or in your phone's system settings. Turning them off stops delivery immediately. To have your token deleted from our records, email us and we'll remove it.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
